Today is a good day for the entire community of Kitesurf practitioners and water sports in general in Denia.
The Dénia City Council has shared through its social networks the regulation to be able to practice different sports in the municipality during Phase 0 of de-escalation. These, as already announced, will have to be practiced individually, respecting their time slot (06:00 to 10:00 and 20:00 to 23:00) and the safety distance with other athletes and neighbors.
However, one of the initiatives of the Dianense city council that sets it apart from many other municipalities is the permission granted for the practice of water sports.
From our kitesurf club we want to thank the town hall and its councilors for this movement. Kitesurfing in Denia is a very popular sport and from our point of view we believe that this sport can be practiced without breaking any of the stipulated regulations.
